Had a need whilst doing some dev work to tail a CF log file, having got used to Solaris in my last job “tail -f” was very handy. These ports allow you to run some UNIX commands on Windoze with dependency only on msvcrt.dll (C-runtime) rather than Cygwin or something more fancy.
